The boulangeries, the bakeries, of Paris are filled with the most extraordinary creations- the macaroon, the croissant, the tart and any number of exquisite chocolate confections. These staples of Parisian daily life so inspired them that, after opening a Bouchon Bakery next to their Bouchon bistro in Yountville, they wanted to open one near their other restaurant, Per Se, to bake the bread for them and to add an additional layer of café life in Time Warner Center.

All of Bouchon Bakery’s recipes are based on traditional French baking techniques - beautiful to behold, but even better to eat! The café offers a variety of coffee’s and baked goods such as breads, tarts, cookies, chocolates, viennoiserie, quiche, salads and sandwiches. For the canine lovers, they offer foie gras-flavored dog biscuits.
